Click (2006)

Adam plays workaholic architect but also family man Michael Newman. However, Michael prioritizes his work over his family, thus, spending very little time with them. One day, he finds a universal remote controller that can control his own universe. He uses it to his advantage, from muting bickers to skipping into his job promotion. Yet, doing that meant he lost the essence of time with his family, especially when the controller malfunctions. This is one of the good movies to watch with your family as together, you may learn to value the time with your family.

The Longest Yard (2005)

Adam's character Paul "Wrecking" Crewe is a football superstar. However, being accused of keeping points off his team, he suddenly disappears from the scene. Worst is when one day he is caught drunk driving, landing him in prison. In prison, he is requested by a prison official help sharpen the warden's football team. Rejecting the request, he is beaten by the wardens, subsequently making him a pawn for the warden. Later, he is asked to lead a team of football players who would consist of other prison mates, so that they can play prison wardens versus prison inmates. The nature of the game play becomes very interesting with the different forms of aggression from both teams. Paul eventually learns to have respect for himself and his newfound friends.

50 First Dates (2004)

Henry, played by Adam, is a man who is afraid of commitments. All this changes when he meets a beautiful woman named Lucy at a diner. They take off well, spending a great ay together. Then, Henry decides that she is the one he wants. He goes back looking for the girl at the diner, but she does not seem to have a clue who he. This extremely funny movie is about making moments count for Lucy who has amnesia, not being able to remember anything past an accident that occurred to her. She lives day to day thinking it is the day of the accident, and the whole community is in to relive her day, every day. This role played by Adam Sandler is extremely touching as he does not give up his love for a person whom he has to reintroduce himself to every day.
